From the deserts of Pozaria to the glaciers of Ledovaca, the Kyslik mountains to Destia’s seas, Prevekia was made to be a haven. Every corner of her land calls to a certain few, the equines who feel her power and share her strength. They are the elementals. Scooped from Earth so long ago, they are protected here for Man. They dwell in their isolated lands, meeting in the wanderers’ regions seldom. They develop their elemental magic in private, toying with the world all alone.

However, the relative peace of Prevekia is about to be shattered. As the Rebels grow stronger, they plan to over throw the Traditionals and bring radical changes to their world. Ice, Lightning, Light, and Shadow are banding together to usurp current leaders. They want equality. Since the dawn of the elements, Terrestrials, the plainest of equines, have been treated as low-ranking outcasts by the Celestials, the horses of legend. The new elements are tired of being ruled by the traditional elements. They want liberty.

However wonderful the Rebels' fight may seem, the Traditionals also have a side. They have ruled Prevekia and its elements for generations. Never once in their rule has chaos entirely taken over. Order and honor remained through internal battles. Although shaky, the bonds between the Traditionals are stronger than between the Rebels. While the Rebels are fighting over who leads, the Traditionals more or less know their places. In this battle, there is no good or evil. Prevekia knows only those who seek a better place. 8/27 - This site is finally getting started up! All I have left is the OOC boards and the element headers in the boards. I'm sure I make no sense, but don't worry, you'll understand once I'm done!
Now I have to go to bed before completing this header or I may just go mad xD

8/5 - Lets get this party started! Remaking Elemental Equines into a new board, Prevekia. Bigger, better, prettier, lets hope the general public enjoys Prevekia.
Obviously, It's a new site, so there's a ton of positions open. Although it isn't finished yet, registrations are open, so go ahead an join if you want a big, big part to play.

It is Spring! Warm days and cool nights will give away to hot days and warm nights as the days lengthen. In the North, the frozen wasteland of winter is dissolving into bloom as the warmth brings out life. In the East, the mountains are painted brilliant colors and the streams are running at full flow. In the West, the dry lands are experiencing enough rainfall for a short season in bloom. In the South, afternoon thunderstorms are causing a tornado threat. Destia's Isles are welcoming the return of wet, humid weather after the dry season.

Concerns: Wet avalanches and flooded streams are causing worry in Kyslik due to the spring thaw. Papriseky is also feeling the effects of bloated rivers. Flash floods are an increasing concern in Pozaria, where rain from thunderstorms runs off the hard soil instead of being absorbed. Thunderstorms are also causing issues in Bleska, where lightning strikes threaten to fry non-Lightning horses and tornadoes threaten all. Stay on your look out for these disasters!

Terrestrials are breeding and birthing. Kelpies are breeding. The first signs of pregnancy are showing among pegasi mares, so if you haven't asked for foal stats yet, make sure you do soon!.

There are no recent births or deaths. No battles are currently taking place.

No Monthly Spotlights will be chosen for August due to the newness of the site. Good luck for September though, and be sure to decide on who you will nominate!
